Rocket net

A net attached to rockets fired over a flock of birds feeding on the ground. A 'cannon net' works on a similar principle but uses guns instead of rockets. These nets are chiefly used for catching geese (family Anatidae) in winter and have been developed by the Wildfowl Trust for this purpose.
