Eyepiece
The part of a binocular or telescope to which the eye is placed, consisting of a series of lenses. It is by moving the position of the eyepiece that focusing is achieved, either by central focusing or by (independent) eyepiece focusing.From Peter Weaver's Birdwatcher's Dictionary
