Tit bell
A small more or less bell-shaped container, open at the bottom, in which fat or suet is lodged, the bell then being hung with its open end downwards so that only acrobatic birds like tits (family Paridae) can feed from it.From Peter Weaver's Birdwatcher's Dictionary
