Hooded Crow or Hoodie
The subspecies of the Carrion Crow Corvus corone breeding in Ireland and north-west Scotland, and having plumage different from that of the more widespread race. The Hoodie has the scientific name C.c. cornix, while the other race is C.c. corone.From Peter Weaver's Birdwatcher's Dictionary
