Great Bustard Trust

An organisation founded in 1970 to re-establish the Great Bustard Otis tarda as a British breeding species. In appropriate habitat, at Porton Down in Wiltshire, the Trust is rearing a captive stock which it is hoped will form a basis for introduction into the wild.
