Sympatric
Living in the same geographical area. The converse is 'allopatric'. For example, the Common Gull Larus canus and Herring Gull L. argentatus are sympatric, whereas the Common Gull and the Ring-billed Gull L. delawarensis of North America are allopatric. From Peter Weaver's Birdwatcher's Dictionary
