Phyllosc
A member of the genus Phylloscopus, part of the family Sylviidae. This abbreviation for the scientific name of the genus is used mainly in ringing and twitching. The Chiffchaff P. collybita and the Willow Warbler P. trochilus are common representatives of the genus, a member of which may also be called a leaf warbler.From Peter Weaver's Birdwatcher's Dictionary
