Feral

Living in a wild, self-maintaining state after having escaped, or been released, from captivity but still somewhat dependent on man. Apart from the feral pigeon, example of birds living ferally in the British Isles are the Canada Goose Branta canadensis and the Ring-necked Parakeet Psittacula krameri.
